Extend the summer while working for one of the biggest automobile-manufacturers (Mercedes-Benz) in beautiful Greece! Along with the great food and low cost of living the quality of life in Athens is very high. Every corner of this country oozes chilled-out livability and the list of must-see places goes on and on. You will be helping the customers of Mercedes-Benz with their day-to-day questions. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails. For example: Arrange service/maintenance appointments
Roadside assistance
General customer service over phone, chat and e-mail
We are looking for: A native Swedish speaker
Looking to add international experience to your CV.
Excellent English, written and verbal.
Comfortable interacting with customers.
Have a commitment to quality
Familiar working with computers, MS Office, internet applications etc.
The company offers you: Annual salary of 16,800€ with up to 120€ in bonuses each month!
